Your health information

Your medical record is kept confidential and secure. It is accessed only by the care team involved in your care, or as required or permitted by law. You may ask to see or get a copy of your record by contacting the clinic.

Online booking and the waitlist

Online booking and the new patient waitlist are provided through Ocean by CognisantMD, a secure platform used by clinics across Canada. Information you submit there goes directly to our clinic.

This website

This website does not ask for health information. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. The embedded map and Google reviews are provided by Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy.

Email

Email is not a secure way to send health information. Please call the clinic or book an appointment instead.
