Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions our team hears most often.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Our family doctors are accepting new patients through our online waitlist. Join the waitlist and our team will contact you when a space is available. You can also register with the provincial Health Connect Registry.
Do you take walk-ins?
We have limited walk-in spaces on weekdays. Please call 778-625-2526 to check availability before you come in.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
How do I book an appointment?
Existing patients can book online at any time, or call the clinic during opening hours.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your BC Services Card, a list of your current medications, and any recent test results or records from a previous doctor.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Ask our team when you book. Some concerns can be handled by phone or video, while others need an in-person visit.
Are there fees for any services?
Most visits are covered by MSP. Some services are not, such as sick notes, forms, private assessments and some travel vaccines. Our team will tell you about any fee before your appointment.
How do I request a prescription renewal?
Please book an appointment with your physician. Some renewals need a review of your health before they can be renewed.
Can I email my health questions?
Please do not send personal health information by email. Call the clinic or book an appointment instead.
